Draft: CI: clean unused files, drop old cluster images

Merged Robert Schmidt requested to merge ci-clean-dashboard-drop-old-images into develop
  • removes old dashboard, pushing to AW2S: we don't use it anymore
  • make cluster images older than four (4) weeks dangling so they will be freed
  • remove unused file ci-scripts/template.xsl
