NR DMRS RX comments

Francesco Mani requested to merge NR_DMRS_rx_improved_comments into develop

Adding comments to clarify that DMRS samples generated for channel estimation at reception already takes into account complex conjugate needed for said estimation (plus some formatting). This solves #735 (closed).
