chore(ci): some little improvements to the COTS-UE test-bed (still only QTL) 

* adding tracing on the gNB for RAN people to debug
* fix the system-resolve command for U22+
* adding some traffic tests
* trying to resolve PostStartHookError on spgwu container
* reporting traffic tests results
